Twara provides online practice questions to help Namibian learners prepare for their learner's licence test. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Twara is a practice and learning tool. Completing practice tests on Twara does not guarantee that you will pass the official learner's licence test. Users are encouraged to study the official learner's manual and any materials provided by the relevant authorities.
All content, branding, and software on Twara are owned by Twara or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms or engages in behaviour that harms the platform or other users.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Twara after changes means you accept the updated terms.
